Simple Treats is operated by Nova Incepta Inc.. This policy covers this website and the orders you place with us.

This website has no account, no tracking or advertising cookies, and no analytics. When you email us to ask a question or place an order, we receive your email address and what you include, such as your name, phone number, and pickup or delivery details.

Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.

We use your details only to respond to you and to prepare, deliver and follow up on your order. We do not send marketing emails, and we never sell or rent your information.

We keep order emails only as long as needed for the order and our business records, then delete them.

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@simpletreats.ca. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
